¡URUGUAY: Campeón de América!

¡Uruguayos Campeones de América – por la 15a vez!


This past weekend, the Uruguayan national soccer team won the Copa América, the oldest international continental soccer competition, for the fifteenth time – giving us more titles than any other national team.

Were very excited to be part of all the enthusiasm here. I personally dont remember ever before seeing so many Uruguayan flags and so much celeste on display...

I hope these know Christ as personal Savior. Seeing such a public display of reverence for God is moving...

    Mario and Esteban had commented that he, as well as at least one other are Christians, so I am not sure along what lines he goes....
    The Italian soccer federation has prohibited all public display of religion, so he is not sure what he is going to do.
    You should see the Brazilian national squad, they kneel and pray all the time.
