December 3: Update on Jonatán

We are, once again, in a holding pattern, waiting to hear results of the pathology analysis on the tumor...

Most of all, we are waiting on the LORD...

Have you not known?
Have you not heard?
The everlasting God, the LORD,
The Creator of the ends of the earth,
Neither faints nor is weary.
His understanding is unsearchable.
He gives power to the weak,
And to those who have no might He increases strength.
Even the youths shall faint and be weary,
And the young men shall utterly fall,
But those who wait on the LORD
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint.
(Isaiah 40:28-31)

Jona is such a blessing to us; we're thankful to be his extended family!

    Thanks for the pictures, Deborah! Even though I don't know Jona, I know lots of people who do and are inspired by his testimony throughout this trial. It's so hard to believe one so young can have such a strong trust in God. What a wonderful example to the rest of us Christians. Will keep praying for him and his family.
