Poinsettias in Bloom!
The double-bloom poinsettias in the back yard here held their blooms longer than usual – long enough to welcome us home, according to some of our college kids!
“¡Bienvenidos a casa!”
And this plump little bird – that looks very much like a Robin! – seems to be a promise of spring!
Everyone seems to agree: This winter has been extra cold...
