We compiled and buried a Time Capsule – in pouring rain, which began right as JM started digging and stopped right after we were done and inside again! 😜

Psalm 121:1-2 (NASB)
I will lift up my eyes to the mountains;
From where shall my help come?
My help comes from the LORD,
Who made heaven and earth.
From where shall my help come?
My help comes from the LORD,
Who made heaven and earth.

Campamento “DAVyD”
We returned late
last night from three days of camp. This was Year 3 of what came to be
known as Campamento “DAVyD” (in 2016). We’re thankful
especially for the bridge-building opportunities represented by these mini camps.
Things were more informal than usual this year, and the kids came up with some good ideas!

Fun stuff!
The kids wrote a script, and we filmed a short clip down at the beach.
Showing their finished production to our visitors!
We had lots of
fun!
We endeavor to
encourage these “Kid Missionaries” regarding each family’s calling. We spend time
building on Truth studied during earlier camps. And we always enjoy
the beauty of God’s amazing creation!
We love our beautiful camp!
Getting a picture
of the humming bird was a highlight!
We also saw a woodpecker
on one of our nature hikes!
The sunset the
first evening was spectacular!
We’re thankful!
